If that's how you feel fine! I now regret taking care of you and your cracked block! I could have told you, "your shits cracked you need a new block and its going to cost you X amount of money to fix" but i didn't, John and I fixed that shit for you and saved you hundreds of dollars!! Does it leak?
Its funny how you forget all the things I've done for you in the past, Stored your shit for months at my old shop for free, went there on Sunday's to hook you up with a random nuts, bolts, water pump and pulley so you could get your car running the first time, but yet I misdiagnose two things and I'm a Mother fucker?... Well i'm ugly also... And fat. Any other obvious things you want to point out?
Oh and try to claim the block wasn't cracked and I was lying to you, there are numerous TR member who saw it!

^ way more appropriate, people want to bash you, bash your business, call you a MF*r... nah.... that ain't cool. Some people have to be reminded of how you went out of the way to be cool.
All of this could have been handled very differently by Trey and to be honest, anybody reading this that has two brain cells can see who messed up here.

I agree with **CHRIS** Shaun is the first person to go out of his way to lend a hand or help out someone in need. For anyone reading this thread and has made it to this point ask yourself how much negative feedback this shop has gotten versus the positive feed back. I think you will find they are well over the 99% mark which is quite rare these days. Long story short he stepped up to the plate and owned whatever was said and politely stated for everyone to see that he would make things right whether you brought your car back to him or not.
I can understand your reluctance to take your car back but there are two ways of handling things and the worst one is reacting with emotions !
P.S. This makes for my one post a year so Thank you !
