I have only been to Big Valley Performnance once before, and it was to have Gadiel tune the car. Great group of guys. I called up their friday afternoon for quote on installing my guages. Well they underquoted me and told me to bring the car in the next day (saturday). Juan is who I talked to and who did most of the install. Great guy. They stood by their word and is only charging me what they quoted me. The door was left open for awhile, no big deal. The battery drained because of it lol. Juan called me today telling me they are going to put a new factory battery in at no charge. I pick up the car tomorrow. Im going to scrounge up some extra money because I understand the pita this install must have been. Defintely worth more than they quoted. There arent too many shops that will stand by their word, and on top of that, replacing the battery with a brand new one. They would normally find some excuse that comes out to being your own fault. I know I havent picked up the car yet, but I think its safe to say these are awesome guys to deal with. And the communication is great. Awesome service.

This was just for some guys that really dont like to do their own work (like myself) and wanted to find some good feedback about local shops. This is definetely a shop I will be back to.
