I need a 302 rebuilt!

Who can recommend a good shop to rebuild my Ford 5.0L? I am doing a project and would like a good freshening up done. New piston rings, new bearings, new rods, all new seals and gaskets, hot tanked, cylinder bore/cleanup, heads resurfaced & rebuilt. I would like to see some general ball park figures and any packages offered.

Lookin to stay a 302 or a stroker motor? How much power you looking to get out of it?

Staying 302, just want a fresh motor to put in my RX7 no power increases besides the intake, carb, and exhaust
