Need to find a shop that can replace quater panells 93 civic hatch

Hi all im trying to find a local or close to me shop that can replace my quarter panels that are rusted up!!

Ive allready orderd my replacement panels. Just looking for a price range. Hopefully not more then the car is worth.

Car is a 93 Honda civic VX hatchback.

Car is a 93.... and was born and lived in canada for most of its life.. so thats why it looks so bad...
