    Titan Motorsports CNC Billet Pistons

Designed specifically for high boost/high cylinder pressure applications, the new CNC Billet 2JZ-GTE piston from Titan Motorsports is the pinnacle of piston manufacturing. These pistons feature an asymmetrical design which accommodates for higher side loads. The wide skirt area on the major thrust face increases bearing area to better handle side loads related to high RPM and/or long stroke crankshafts, and the narrow skirt on the minor thrust side helps to reduce friction. The wide skirt area also accommodates proper use of the oil squirter to effectively spray into the center void for proper piston cooling. The entire piston is machined from certified 2618-T6 aluminum bar stock that has been inspected several times prior to machining. The billet design is approximately 15-20 grams lighter than the forged version and is over 30 grams lighter than most other aftermarket pistons.
    Features:
    • CNC Billet Design
    • Asymmetrical design (only asymmetrical piston available)
    • Made specifically for high RPM/long stroke applications
    • Shorter, upgraded wrist pin
    • Double pin oilers, for increased lubrication of the wrist pin
    • Accumulator groves to help to reduce pressure between the top and second ring, aiding top ring seal and minimizing ring flutter.
    • As much as 30 grams of weight savings
    • Additional top and skirt coating available

The TMS CNC Billet Pistons are available and in stock now.
