Track (racing surface) open: 1:00 p.m.. Track closed (racing surface) and swap meet ends: 6:00 p.m.. Facility Secured: 6:30 p.m.. Maximum Number Of Racers: 105 ( All racers must pre-pay ) Cost For Racers: $27.00 ( Paid In Advance Only / See Paypal Payment Link At The Bottom Of Page) Maximum Number Of Spectators : NONE ! ( All Spectators Pay At The Gate ) Cost For Spectators (includes buying / selling at swap meet): $ 10.00 (Paid At The Gate ) -------------------------------------------------------------------------- SWAP MEET INFORMATION The swap meet is open to anyone and will be held on the west side of the track. This is the opposite side of the track that you normally park at. Make sure if you are selling items that you park on the west side of the track and not on the racers side (east side). You will come in through the regular gate then drive around (past the front of the staging lanes) to the other side of the track. The area will be separated into import parts for sale and domestic parts for sale. There will be no assigned spots. There is no extra charge to sell items in the swap meet, just pay the spectator fee for the event. You are selling items on your own and myself, TR, or the track takes no responsibility for your items or any sales. Commercial vendors are welcome but will need to contact me ( nosgears@yahoo.com ) first because there is a slight additional charge. Many voted in favor of this swap meet so please use it ! This is a trial run so if you want it at future events lets see a good turn out. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ( THERE IS A LOT TO READ HERE BUT PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BEFORE PM'ing ME ANY QUESTIONS ) As promised we are going to have more cool weather events and NO summer events, so this is most likely the last one until October. ** As usual anyone is welcomed to attend whether they are a member of TR or not. ** The last one only took 14 days to sell out so don't wait. Please remember the following modification to all of our TRack Events. Unless you notify me that you will be arriving late to race (which is fine), we will re-sell all of the spots for those people that have not shown up to the track to race by 2:30. We will make a announcement at the track at 2:30 regarding how many spots are available so please do not harass the track staff (or me ) if you are looking to possibly get one of these spots. Unless we do not sell out the event there will be NO SPOTS available to purchase (to race) when the gates open at 12:00 p.m. The only possible ones available at the track will be released at 2:30.. ** All TRack Events are pre-pay only for the racers and no refunds will be given within a week of the event unless TR, the track, or weather cancels it before the day of the race. Event rain-outs will be rescheduled and the current list will carry over. Payments will be done via. Paypal or mail only. There's a very small chance I could go out of town on that date. Unfortunately I will not know for sure before all the spots are sold. If I pay now and end up going out of town, could my spot be re-sold and I get a refund?
