transmission blowing up can be due to the type of clutch and the driver.... that's the reason so many subaru trannsmissions get their warranties voided. It isn't just due to one thing going bad.

I had my gears done by Jeff and knew that it was just a longer wait before needing the 6spd convsersion, that it wasn't a permanent solution. My stock 5spd lasted about 3 months at 300whp. The cryo'd gearset lasted almost exactly a year at the same power level and same amount of abuse put on the transmission. I would say it definitely did it's job.

It really does depend on what you want to get frozen, but it works for sure. I get all of my brake rotors cryogenically frozen and they manage heat and last much longer. 3-4 times as long in fact.

well im glad it worked for you I think I might bring my grand mothers ford escort brake rotors up to them and have then cryogenically frozen just so i know she is safe.
