The meth lit really shouldn't matter at all since the car should be capable of 460 whp on pump gas!
As far as the meth is concerned the aem is one of the best kits out there. Call them up and ask them if they have bigger jets, I'm sure they do. I had to call smc and they sent me the biggest jet they offer

This car has a GT30R with a .63 hotside, NOT a 35R... It made 460wft-lbs...
This customer wanted a conservative setup.
A 30R does NOT do 460whp on pump gas. Even a 35R does not normally do over 430whp on 93.
Just because you can make one magic pass at xxx whp with a nice cold IC and engine bay does NOT mean that it will run it everyday without breaking something. You have to put some safety margin in it.
This car was also setting off the knock sensor pretty early, which is relatively common with built motors. The owner is planning on an AEM which will let me raise the knock threshold a little and should let us make a lot more power.
With a "noisy" motor that is setting off the knock sensor on 93, you can't gain as much with the meth. I think the meth pressure is a little low on that system because I didn't have to pull much fuel out of the fuel table when we turned the meth on.
I love how everybody on here thinks they know what a setup should be able to make just by reading what it has... This car made as much as it would make. It was pulling timing with any more. When you have the right boost level and afr, at x timing it makes max power, at x+.25 it knocks. There is no way to make more power at that point.

always so emotional.... and yea when the op says its a 35r and hes making those numbers thats quite low since thats a 65lbs/min turbo... but since in fact he doesnt know whats on his car those numbers are pretty good you can make some more but im guessing it has loose piston to wall clearance so its a little noisier and its tricking the knock sensor

GT35R v. GT30R
My car does have a GT35R, meth injection, forged internals and a stroker kit and will be Seigel tuned, so I guess we will see what difference that will make, but I'd rather make 450hp and be safe eveytime I drive it than 600hp and have to worry that I might break something if I get on it!

That's great peak power regardless what anyone says. Can you post a dyno sheet?
Grab two M14 nozzles and you will be set

Bobby, can you post the plot?
The impressive thing about this car was that it made more tq than hp and made it EARLY

Originally from the start of the build the kit was suppose to be a 35r kit but things got mixed up ill have miles edit the mod sheet. the car is wicked and like ranaplata said and i said in the past the whole number one concern when this car was build is reliability.! we just wanted to make safe and reliable power for a daily driver. Im happy with it and so is miles we couldnt have picked a better shop nor as a tuner..! wwssd..? haha and it builds boost soo fast and nicely... car is for sure more then we expected..!

K, everything Kyle(blacksti) and others said is pretty much right on point if it was a 35R. So why would you say that? No offense, but if I'm not mistaken, this is your friends car. I'm willing to bet most of these guys that HAVE Subaru's know more about those mods you listed than a guy that doesn't even have one, or has never owned one.

I highly doubt you offended anyone on here. I'm just telling you, I'm sure there are alot of people on here that will make your head spin about how much more they know about Subaru's.
Everyone on here can look at your list of mods and know nearly exactly the power it should make because there are probably 15k Subaru's out there with those exact mods.
Its called nasioc.com, many people hate the place because of te annoyance of the kids, but the truth is, there is so much knowledge on the site, you can probably build any Subaru from the ground up with the info it offers.2011 Tundra Crewmax TRD
