Causes for injectors not spraying?
I have fuel to the rail, spark, compression, the motor cranks but it wont start. I am getting power to the injector connectors 12.5V on the one wire and 3.9V on the other. The injectors wont spray/open though. I kept cranking, checked everything, took a plug out to smell the cylinder for fuel and nothing. Pulled the rail off and cranked it nothing came out of the injectors. What causes them to not work? The ECU was perfectly fine last time it was running. I'm sensing thats the only fault that controls them unless SRS plays some dumb role thinking the car was in an accident and cuts signal?
Stupid question... fuel pressure? Was you gettin some?

Yep fuel pressure, fuel in the rail, spark to all but the 3rd cylinder now and everything else works in the car. I'm thinking either A: the ECU fried, B: ECU/Injector ground bad or C: cam sensor. I think one has to be the problem, maybe all IDK. No spark on 3rd cylinder also now, my cap and rotor are burnt a little. The reason I say cam position sensor is the motor needs either a crank or cam position and JDM motors have a cam not crank. It needs to know where everything is for the duty cycle to know which injector to open. The cam position sensor is located inside the distributor, maybe something fried hence the burnt cap and rotor and 3rd not sparking and maybe it burnt up the sensor? How should I check the ECU to make sure its grounded? Before I go buying a bunch of things I want to try and check everything to see exactly what needs to be replaced.
check the magnets in the dizzy and the parts that hit the magnets to make sure they aren't broken. the dizzy controls injector pulse

you sure? That would sound probable though and make sense the dizzy and injectors running together cause its the same cycle. ISIS didnt seem to show that. Maybe the whole dizzy is bad? IDK how but it seems like that could definately be the source of all the problems. A new one from Honda is a ridiculous amount of money! Maybe I'll call Steve at HMO Monday and see what he has in stock with low miles.
