rim clearence...
bought some rims the other day and have yet to put em on
and was wondering if i had to roll my fenders or rub at all
im running
225/50/17 rear
225/45/17 front
on a 1991 240sx with tein lowering springs
these are my first set of rims
and i dont know much bout clearence on rims on these car's

Offset might be on the back of the wheel. As for width you could always just measure it. I would think with just springs you should be alright. Might have to get a smaller sidewall though.

rim width and offset will be on the back. It will say 17x**jj and the offset with say et/** the stars represent the numbers you will see. Give us those numbers.

im just going to take a shot in the dark and say you will NOT have any rubbing issues.
The reasoning is its a multi hole 4 bolt wheel. What this means is its actually going to cater more towards a FWD cars sizing and offset, so its probably a width of 7.5-8.5j but I would think most likely on the 7.5j side with an offset of +35 AT BEST, but again more than likely around a +38 to a +42.
