Default Oil Leak HELP!!

Yep, That definity looks like a rear main seall issue. I am having the same problem with my truck. I just got it back from the shop yesterday and I just noticed this oil leak around the RMS (refer to photo). Also, I noticed this bolt holes, should there be a bolt in the larger one? IF so, i assume this is the cause of the leak. ANy info on this would be a lot of help, thanks!
