2011 Camaro SS: Stainless Exhaust Fabrication

A week ago or so i stumbled across a thread asking for advice on where to go for stainless welding.

Unwilling to take his 2k mile Camaro SS to just any muffler shop he decided to give us a shot ! The car came in with a clamp up system that just wouldnt stay clamped up He also requested for us to add on some high flow cats for sound and smell relief.

just some of the clamps we need to eliminate..





After making some measurements we installed these provided high flow cats..





Then worked back toward the x pipe section





Then marked and welded the remaing part of the system...



Finshing off the exhaust with some square tips for the bumper/diffuser



Time for the dyno!

2011 Camaro SS Stainless Steel Tig welding 3" exhaust

These guys did a great job. They listened to what I wanted and the exhaust came out perfect, as you can see in the pictures. I've never seen better welds.

That's one sick Camaro!! I love Darrell's attention to detail. Hopefully I can swing by Thursday or Friday and finally have my resonators welded up.
