2005 Acura RSX typeS: Cylinder head rebuild
Customer came in for a dyno tune with low compression. After quick leakdown it was clear this thing had bent every valve ! The owner also decided to upgrade the valvetrain with flat faced valves and aftermarket springs.
So we tore down the engine and got to work !
New OEM Honda headgasket and Blueprint Racing headstuds...
New valves all installed:
and springs...
Back together and ready to go
