Time for a little update on the teg

Customer has now logged over 10k miles of commute since being turbocharged


Things to do:

install custom clutch/flywheel
replace .63 turbine housing for .48
mill head flange and weld cracks on exhaust manifold
dyno tune

Now some pics...

Inspecting old clutch:

We went with a 6puck sprung disc and used Fidanza flywheel (with new friction plate) :



...and 2300ft/lbs pressure plate:

So we headed over to the dyno bay to see what these upgrades accomplished...

Green curve = Hondata S300 on COMPLETELY stock LS (exhaust, intake, etc.)
Blue curve = Hondata S300 ~10psi .63 A/R 5031 Precision turbo, 3" Proven Power downpipe, 2.5" Proven Power charge piping, Spoolin log, STOCK clutch
Red curve = New clutch, Fidanza fly, .48 A/R Precision turbo ~15psi, no exhaust manifold leaks
