95 Integra Ls Transmission Quote

I have a 95 ls Integra 5 spd and I am having an issue with the tranny. When I press the clutch in it makes like this grinding noise when I let go of the clutch it stops. If I leave the clutch pressed I noticed that smoke will come out of the trans case. Information that I have gathered from here is that it most likely the throughout bearing. Does that sound about right? The gears go in fine and clutch grabs well. May you give me a price on labor and parts and labor alone please Thank you name is Jonathan
