Honda Del Sol: RMF header install & dyno

Customer came in with a RMF replica header that needed installation. We did a before and after dyno to see the gains. Here is the original thread where we were discussing the "possible" gains.

This was our first install on the RMF and it was def not designed for a easy install. We had to extend O2 sensor, replace factory fan with slim fan, bend ac lines, and drill out universal flange that came with header.

I think we'll really need to compare the dynos after I get the test pipe installed, That break from the 2.5 inch outlet on the header to the 1.5 inch inlet on the cat probably makes a difference. That's a half inch of metal all around that the air flow is hitting on it's way out. The header looks amazing in my car and makes the exhaust sound so much sweeter without the exhaust leak the old stock header had. Hope you guys liked the review I wrote, you guys really did a great job on the install, thanks.

next on the list: install test pipe and tune it. those air/fuels look pretty lean. is it running on the stock ecu?

Del Sol are quite easy to modify compared to other cars, I've seen a lot of Del Sol but not as fast as this one
