Progress of a neverending project!
Got a tip on some maintenance for it and am putting in the controller.
If it locks up again, it is going back. After that is has no more chances. If it locks up again, I am putting in a set of Bosch 044's.
Two in this set up should work great.

Still havent gotten the cooling system in and driven it.
I got everything else in and ordered more.
Need to get by the shop and get the bung for the wide band welded in.
Got a UPR smog pump eliminator bracket, 3g PA alternator, new fan shroud and overflow bottle & cap, new coil cover.
I had the DSO fan clutch in it and it didn't have as much resistance as the HD towing one I got from Auto Zone. Can't decide which to use or if I should put in the 18" gold Flex a lite. I am leaning toward puting the Auto Zone clutch back in it. The fan makes a big ass whosh sound when you rev it with that one. It definitly is moving alot of air.
Need to start saving for a MSD BTM and a better bypass valve next.
Then off to the dyno!

Did you get this thing un-fucked yet? Maybe you should take it to the track and beat it into submission?

The last of the parts are supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I am of the 3rd and plan to have it up and running.
Until I get any kind of decent rubber, the track would just be a smoke show!
Even with good rubber, I dont thing the T-5 would play well with what is now under the hood. I want to eventually sell the T5 and go Tremec.
When are you getting back into twn?

Them go-fast mustangs are a trap. Before you know it, there are no original ford parts left but the body and some accessory brackets.
I will be taking a month off around the end of Aug.

Don't know about numbers yet. It'll blow off the tires just about anytime you want though. Hooks fair in third and forth is just carzy. I would like to see somewhere near 500 out of it eventually.
Sorry, I like the intake. It has a Saleen/Vortech (truck style) ported and welded lower, with a 1" spacer, under that Cartech. Cartech is all hogged out too.
