Every single bolt or nut on my motor had lock tight bro, I don't play when it comes to my build, I've had to many bad experiences, over looking the simple that now I over kill on everything. Plus if u can't bolt anything on that spit because of vibration, they're would not a threaded hole there bro. Thanks for the comment bro

That particular hole with threads is how the timing belt cover is secured with a bolt from the outside of the cover. I'm overly cautious also, that's why I mentioned it. I would hate for that lil cosmetic bullet to shread a timing belt at 9000 rpm.

ur absolutely correct and that why its a 10 mm bolts with a spike on it, its not a bullet looking thingy.
no offense bro but i have been doing this a long time and know a thing or too. theyre will be no timing belt shreading at 9000 rpm bro lol. thanks again my dude for the concern, real talk.

The COP is pretty nifty. What are your power goals for this build? What timing belt are you going to use?
What went wrong on the last build? Sorry if I missed the post.Last edited by lzylst; 10-11-2011 at 10:11 PM.
