I do not smell like smoke
Help guys.
Every time I go out in my 92 EG Hatch which has the GSR cloth interior I have to hear my BF go off about me smelling like cigarette smoke.
I don't smell it. None of my other friends who also don't smoke smell it but he does and I am sick of hearing about it.
I've cleaned the hell out of the interior and yet this persists.
What can I do to get rid of something no one else but him smells.
Thanks.if you can only race me in a straight line then whats the point

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. Hey, sorry I didnt see this sooner! Your best bet is a deep shampoo/extractor for the seatas and the carpet. You may also look into this AC cleaning device, 1Z einszett Klima-Cleaner Air Conditioning Cleaner. You will want to accomplish all of this in the same day to remove everything at once. Problem is, some cars just have a "smell" and I know that some of the older civics do have a certain smell, but its not bad, your BF may just be confusing this smell with smoke?
