alright guys no newb to the nitrous scene but i just picked up a nx remote bottle opener for the first time... it is used but works awesome and has all parts... only issue im having is how to wire it up ??? black wire and red wire... ones ground and ones power correct ??? question is...once its opend how do i cross the power to get it to close... i know it can be done on one 3 way switch but how im at a loss im sure its simple but im just in a blank right now ... i checked online googled it and even looked on nx website with no reall help... anyone who can help will be repped... not my first nitrous rodeo just first with this bottle opener...

Ya got any more info on the setup....I`ve never held one in my hand....Is there a reverse switch in it so you just have to hit the button/switch a second time for it to close????

Ok, simplified. get a single pole momentary switch. It is a spring rocker switch. push it Up for closed,down for open,release is off. make sure switch is rated for amps needed.

Three terminals on back
run fused wire from battery to terminal 2
run red wire to terminal 1
run black wire to terminal 3
white wire on bottle goes to ground
done

i understand how to do a 3wire setup or a 3 wire poll switch... what im confused on is there is only a red and black wire not a 3rd wire for a ground... so some how i have to take + and - and switch them somehow to close the bottle... basicaly switch the pollarity...

I would by just the switch from NX and wire accordingly but this will work too. just look at left of print.

so im assuming the diagram shown is for a 3 way switch....up-open center-no power and down-close... damn i feel like a complete dumbass on something that should be so simple lol...
