brand new t3/t4 turbo

I have a new t3/t4 turbo. No shaft play. This thing has never been used. Comes with the flange bolted on the turbine housing. Compressor: A/R .60 turbine: AIR .63. Bought it from Driven Concepts back in 07. They said it's a Garrett turbo. Oil cooled. Does not have wastegate. Turbo only. $600.
