Anyone recently get pulled over?

I got pulled over twice yesterday for tint, never been pulled over for that before, ever. I know a few others who also got pulled over for tint, exhaust, things like that. Feels like they are really cracking down this month.

meh, feels that way sometimes. I drove my beamer 5% all around, tinted tails, headlights & blue tint on my windshield for 2 years. Never had an issue. In the last 2 months i had it, i got pulled over 4 times and got 2 tickets.

I got pulled over yesterday for exhaust. The cop told me they were in fact cracking down, he told me to just stay away from that area, because most probably another cop was going to pull me over. He didnt give me a ticket, but it still scared the shit out of me. I cant afford another damn ticket. I just got finished paying my Miami tickets.

Cops actually have to worry about true crime up here in ATL and don't have time to deal with people who break exhaust laws or tint violations. They leave the traffic shit for GSP or some small city cops. I rarely see a lot of cops around here. It's completely different when I come back down because I always notice just how many cops there are in Florida in general.

Fuck, I drove around with open downpipe for nearly 6 months and never once got any shit about it. And this state has regulated emissions.

Idk, with dark tint, loud exhaust, and booming systems, I didnt think race played a huge role. I had a possesion charge on my record(expunged now) so every cop that pulled me over wanted to search my car. I used to get pulled over once or twice a week. One time was 4 times in 1 week. Had to stop giving conset after the 3rd search when they dismantled my interior and placed my car keys under my center console. When I started freaking out looking for my keys, he felt the need to yell at me. Then I said wheres my keys, and right to my face he was like, "I placed them under the center console with a screwdriver"

I worked at international mall, and took anderson home north. Passing mlk/hillsboro/waters every night didnt help much.

Now I ride my bike, also get pulled over on the sidewalk. I honestly didnt know you needed a headlight and a taillight on a bicycle. Anyways, he pulled me over because a box truck robbed furniture from big lots. He proceeded to question me about it. (big lots on gunn by advanced auto, I was on sheldon on my bicycle.) I was like, officer, Im sorry, but I dont have any furniture in this jansport. He finally stopped being a dousche and let me off with out the 2 $80 tickets.

It was at the dry cleaners on north sheldon closer to citrus park, got stopped there twice. The second time was because the dry cleaners I was passing seriously got robbed. Totally understandable. Let them take a look in my bag, and inspect the building to make sure it wasnt me.

Yeah because a cop could tell you're Messican behind your 5% tint. STFU

If anyone should be pulled over is those assholes with bliding HIDs, loud exhausts (especially when they like to rev POS cars) and douche bags that lift their fucking trucks and blind the crap out of you. I actually am glad when I see a truck that is a bit lifted and instead of blinding everyone the owner runs on fog lights or installs another set there.

I dont get why everyone is getting pissy about people getting tickets for this. You knew for a damn fact that what you were installing on your car is illegal, so why bitch now. Yes I have tinted windows and I'd hate to get a ticket but I knew what I was doing when I was getting my windows tinted. I have 20% on the front two windows and back is all 5%, I didnt want to be a complete douche and tint everything 5%.

The fumes in your moms basement are really getting to you. I didnt say anyone was targeted for their ethnicity, I was implying the reason Toby (hedgehog) was getting away with some of the shit he said is because he doesnt have tint and they can easily tell hes an average caucassian male.

And im not bitching about cops enforcing laws, i paid my ticket without a single word, but appearance has just as much to do with being targeted by cops as the 'laws' being broken.

I got pulled over a few weeks ago for running a 3 way stop sign in front of my work @ 20+mph. he let me go with a warning because he realized I just got off work and that stop sign leads to a really long ass light that takes 5mins. Needless to say, I don't run that stop sign anymore.
