More proof Asian's can't drive
Deputy Saves Two Women From Submerged Car

raugh out roudA Texas deputy in the right place at the right time saved the lives of two women after they accidentally drove their car into a Dallas-area lake.
Rockwall County Deputy Kevin Rowan happened upon the sinking car early Saturday morning while performing a routine check of local boat launches. He saw brake lights coming out of the water in Lake Ray Hubbard and sprang into action.
The car was rapidly filling with water, so Deputy Rowan had to act quickly in order to drag the women to safety. The camera mounted to Rowan's dashboard captured the whole amazing ordeal. Check out the video for yourself above.
