What is your favorite type, cut and recipes for meat.

My favorite is pork chops with onion, garlic, lemon, oregano, cooked in olive oil

Deer, lightly breaded and fried. Served with white gravy and homemade bisuits.



But since I am in the city I would have to go with Prime Rib, medium rare. Horseradish and au jus.

The Sirloin from Bern's is the best steak I've had... Love me some venison though espeacially in jerky form!!! And bisuits & gravy Damn I'm hungry

I like Prime Rib also, just seasoned and thrown on the grille for a couple minutes each side! Also, there is a portuguese sausage called linguica that's pretty tasty. They sell it at Publix.
