Sugar free once you get used to it it isn't bad. Its also better in the sense that you don't have a sugar crash later on.

25mg of ephendrine is perfectly safe. Only jackasses wanting to loose 20lbs a week and eating a bottle a day had problems.

Eat red apples. They will help you stay awake. The natural sugars in them, and the way the vitamins from the apple slowly release into your body help keep you awake. No jolt of energy and no crash.

I used to get all kinds of E-drinks from 7-11, it got pretty expensive. I bought a Keurig and purchased the extra bold pack/with some others ( Rev, Rev-pulse) and they seem to do pretty well in the morning. Carbonation will end up making your bones weaker (that Ive read). So, Ive moved on to eating healthier/lighter (no red meat) and Ive felt pretty positive and in a good mood most of the time.
