You can trespass anyone from the apartment complex that you want, but you can't trespass them from visiting some1 in the complex. If they go straight to the address and inside the unit you can't call the cops and have him/her arrested. If you catch them lurking around a clubhouse, tennis court, the pool, or walking around, etc.. you can have them arrested.

If you have a problem with some1 and you work at the complex I would talk to a manager, supervisor or something about the situation and see if a LEO is necessary. The situation might not require the law. It could require a warning to the visitor and a letter to the tenant that if this problem continues to occur that their lease could be in violation and they could be evicted. If you are a resident and are having trouble with some1 coming to your address then that's a different story and you should call a LEO and explain the situation.
What's the problem? Without details it's just a guessing game.

Honestly without paying more that what the ticket will cost, hope the officer doesn't show up thought the most of them get OT to go to court. But remember win or lose you still have to pay the lawyer. So theoretically you can lost in court, have to pay the lawyer, have to pay court cost, have to pay the fine, and in the end have higher insurance.
I have successfully fought 2 of my last three with out a lawyer.
1- running a stop sign on private property. Sign wasn't at the correct height nor was it a DOT approved sign. I won.
2- no right on red violation. Cop disregarded the "only when children present" sign under it. i won.
3 - lost to Pinellas Park. No way to fight the running a red light ticket. paid it, was cheaper than fighting it and had no points anyway.Last edited by Graves; 01-20-2012 at 10:20 AM.
