Bodybuilding, fitness, supplements, gyms thread.
I seen threads like this on other forums, and they turned out pretty well.
I work for a vitamin and nutrition distributor, and I like what I do.
What gyms do you guys go to?
What supplements do you take? Goals? Progress?
I have only trained with dedication for a few months now. Never took it seriously before this year.
I dont take much, Preworkout, bcaa's, whey, and multi.
I eat alot of fish, chicken and meat. Good source of Epa/Dha, so no fish oil supplements here, although I should.
I have been using N.O xplode 2.0 since I recieved a free tub from BSN. It was subpar, loaded with fillers, sodium, and other crap.
I recently switched to muscle pharm ASSAULT, which is pretty dam amazing.
And dieting. I want to know how you dudes diet. Im low budget. I go to Aldi's (WHICH IS THE SHIT) and get alot of beans, spinach, corn for about 50 cents a can. I also like there canned salmon. 84 grams of protein in 1 can that costs $1.15. Cant beat that!

never put any "muscle builder" shit in my body, drink a lot of water, eat good, go for a run here and there and I take vitamins.

Fish oil is prob the #1 supp you **** should be taking. So many more benefits than just body building purposes. Even helps with my add, and rapist tendencies.

ya, i was going to get into pro hormones and shit when all my freinds started roiding up, i thought that would be safer. Then, I figured id use herbal supplements to compliment muscle gains, then I was like. Fk that im 19 years old, who the fk would take any test boosters at 19 lol I dont want gyno.
Whey, water, multi, dieting. I get great results from my preworkout supplement, also helps with my effort and alertness. I understand tho. The fda regulates NONE of that shit so you dont know what your getting, unless its a very reputable brand.

1.5-2g of protein per body pound to build legit muscle. If you're lifting and not even hitting 1g of protein per that, then you're simply wasteing your time. Nutrition, proper sleep and dedication and it's pretty easy.

^ya im at about 1 gram per pound right now. (About 160-170 g a day) I hurt my shoulder so I coulnt lift for about a month, so i was playing alot of basketball and leaned down. I shed about 15 pounds for basketball cuz i wanted to dunk lol. Well, I dunked like 3 times, which made me want to squat even more. Now im putting the weight back on. Shoulder is about 90% healthy. 2-3 weeks I can probably bench again.

I was able to dunk in 9th grade but I was also 6'4" in 9th grade with a 6'9'' wingspan. I started using NOEXPLODE in the summer and was able to dunk however and whenever I wanted my 10th grade year. I was also 180lbs at 6'4". Im now 6'6" 240. I like the extra weight and I can still dunk but I have noticed a difference with the extra 60lbs. I have been working out since I was a senior. I only take regular vitamins and drink alot of water before and after I work out. Its done pretty good justice so far.

Fishoil, ON Gold Protien powder, fiber, plenty of fruits and veggies and good lean protien-rich food, multivitamin, plenty of water. Work out.

Im 5'7" and at 157 right now and "trying" to get down to 145. I have hard ass days at work (12hr shifts) so I dont work out that much but I am kinda dieting and taking an ECA stack
