Lol. I actually just started riding the mountain bike to the gym aswell. It's roughly a mile there right on the Pinellas trail. Feels great.

hell ya, the 7 mile trek is like cake now. I just put on my ipod and time flies. I also started this yesterday.
I put my bike in the hardest gear. Do about 10-15 HARD pedals to get my speed up, then takes about 8 long breaths while coasting, then 10-15 HARD pedals, etc.
after doing this like 2-3 times im flyin down dale mabry, keeps my speed up the whole way there, and my legs dont fatigue at all. give it a shot.contact admin@tamparacing.com to advertise on here.. - mod

I do the exact same. I rode BMX for several years so my legs have always been pretty well maintained. I put the bike in the hardest gear also and haul ass straight to the gym and back. Great cardio and you already got the blood flowing when you walk into the gym. Also, the pre-workout.

NITRIFLEX?
i heard some good about it. I tried a sample of BSN HYPERFX. It was different.
Im guesing a lower level of beta alanine, No xplode makes me tingle bad, this didnt at all.
BUT, in 1 serving is 270mg of caffiene. And it has peppers in it which give it a spicier taste then no xplode.
overall, it was good.
Went ham on my shoulders last night. And im officially 170lbs! lol It doesnt sound like much, but considering I was 140-145 this time last year, and I look more toned, thats great. My legs are shedding fat due to my biking, so Im staying lean. My diet isnt where I want it to be. It sucks because I live on my own now and have nothing to cook in, so I tend to resort to fast food, or beef jerky snacks. BAD
A couple days ago I started forcing rice and pasta down my throat, and started taking my carbo gain again. Mixing it with warm lemonade letting it dissolve, then re-chilling is such a great method to add complex carbs. Lets hear some updates gentlemen
EDIT: KABRON, insert warm lemonade joke belowcontact admin@tamparacing.com to advertise on here.. - mod

Ive testing Cellucor's M5 currently and I have to say its badass. It is quite pricey but its a pretty revolutionary supplement. Its a pre supp that is designed to help build mass specifically. Ive taken it 3 times so far and every time Ive trained with it I feel huge.

^my freind took that as an intra-workout. He kept saying it was for during a workout. Now that i looked into it, I think hes retarded, because AHe would finish it while we finished our workout. So he would go home wired i guess lol.

I've never had a crash on Jack3d and I've been taking it for years now. Maybe that's just me? I always work out at night though, so after I work out... I'm tired from working hard (and working two jobs lol) so I eat, and then pass out.
I just don't want to pay an arm and a leg for an "okay" product. I've only heard a couple people who really liked the Cellucor products. I tried the C4 and wasn't a fan.
What everyone's favorite exercise? No matter the muscle group?
I love 21s but I hate them at the same time. I have the same hate love relationship with Medicine Ball Pushups. lol

Jack3d is awesome. I never got used to it so every workout was great when I used it. I have heard of people crashing while using it, but they also had a low tolerance to caffeine.

i liked jack3d at first then quickly became immune to it 1 scoop wasn't enough then 2 scoops was eehh & then a few times it made me throw up after my workout, coulda just be too much caffeine or something...but so far still liking the GAT nitraflex stuff alot. only takes one scoop & I srsly have energy for like 8 hours. It even says on the container do not use a few hours before sleeping.
