Dungy and Gruden were decent coaches. Dungy was far better IMO. I would of rather kept Gruden then go the route of Morris. I can't really blame Morris for the failures at Tampa. I blame the rest of the coaching staff. The OC, DC, and the rest of the guys. I bet anything if Morris had a better coaching staff things might of ended up different for him. If Gruden was still there itmakes me wonder how Tampa would of turned out. He was fired with a 9-7 season. The year Kiffen said he was leaving. They were 9-2 or 9-3 kiffen said he was leaving and Tampa lost the rest of the games in December.

The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it.

No one is going to walk into Tampa and win a superbowl the following year right now.

Agreed. But you can say that about alot of teams in the league. Actually, you can say that about MOST teams in the league. Thats shouldnt take away from what jon Gruden did.
The Vikings offered rah-rah the DC job and he instead opted to stay in washington as the DB coach lol even he knows hes no good. Poor guy.The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it.
