It still needs some work but I need your help finding the bugs.

You can access it here --> vBClassified - Tampa Racing or when you create a new thread in any of the classified forums.

Couple of features I like

* Creating a thread in any of our Forsale forums creates a new listing.
* New Listings of that category, appear in that forum.. ie create a new Ford Parts Forsale classified, shows up in the Ford Forsale Forum.
* Lets you put the make of the car forsale, and have people search on that.
* Lets you list something as new or used.
* Does AUCTIONS
* Has built in TRader Feedback, no way to transfer over what we have unfortunately but the current system has some issues.

If you notice bugs or things you dont like, either use the new TRHelp Center or post there here. Bugs i wil try to fix, things you dont like I'll look at and change if it makes sense.

It uses a credit system, everyone gets 3 free credits. Ads dont cost anything to put up and"bumping" an ad is free.. We will be messing with the costs of things and perhaps tieing the credits into the new "rep" system, thats a while away though. Credits are purchasable through Paypal.

Let me know what you think.

Oh yeah, the Classifieds link at the top will get changed and that system disabled.

Having 2 systems that dont connect has been difficult. With this system, creating something in a forum puts it in the classifieds, putting something in the classifieds lists it in the forum.

Also people can make their ads featured (for a small fee) and have it listed on the front page, and under the banner at the top (working on this right now).

Eh, I hate to complain because I'm always all for new features but....this seems to be a bit of a pain, and hard to deal with :/.....maybe we just need to get used it but I really liked the old fashion way

Worst idea ever... this is gonna kill tr, this is the exact reason I stopped using OF....

After OF changed their for sale sections it rarely gets used anymore compared to how it was.

What exactly did you think "Click here to Commit to Buy" meant ?.. or did you click something else?

When things change, it's strange at first.

We needed a change because we have 2 systems, one that sucks to organise/deal with/find things/administer and one that sucks in other ways.

This system while it isnt perfect and needs some work, bridges the gap between the 2 and puts everything in one system, we can tweak it and add/remove options.

oh shit for cereal ?.. like how it killed it last time we changed it.

Change sucks, and if it really breaks shit we'll try something else but this addresses some of the most complained about features of selling on TR. Namely "Can't find shit amongst this honda crap", User Feedback (TRader Ratings were semi broken) and having 2 systems to use.

The major immediate downside is yes, its new and different and not what your used too, and probably because of that looks overly complicated.... especially if your just used to creating a thread.

It has other benefits like being able to stop asshats from polluting your FS thread, being able to FIND stuff your interested in and being able to get your shit seen and bought. We also never had auctions (that worked) previously.

But you could be right, it might just break shit completely.

all staying, maybe even add more.. the beauty of this system is it ties the forums and classifieds together.

clicking to create a new thread takes you to the class system.. but when your done it puts the new thead in the forum as a link to your class post.

previously we had 2 separate systems, and some used one, some used another.. etc etc.. this helps with that.

it's new guys, and i will be trying to fix anything i can with it.

I like the idea, but not really feeling the purchasing of credits, also, maybe members who have donated should get some extra credits as part of the perks if you do keep it.
