ahahaha always say NONE! cause if you say "just one" then they know that means 5-10. where as if you dont admit to any then they have to prove that you were drinking in the first place, and if you say that you had one then they've already got you.

well < doesnt drink but i talked to an attorney once and he told me if you get pulled over and you know youre fucked, totally shitface, to say as soon as they ask how much have you had to drink "id like to speak to my attorney". as soon as you say this anything after that point is inadmissable in court. they can breathilize you whatever they want... cant use it in court. they have to wait for your attorney to get there. they will probably put you in cuffs and take you down to the station... but it buys you some time to sober up cause it will probably take a long time.
