I just got this ticket 60 minutes ago. WTF! I was coming back from GameWorks in Ybor and going across CCC and I got fucking pulled over!

She got me on radar 68 mph in 45 mph. However, she gave me a "break" and wrote my for 9 mph over at 54 mph which is a $116.00 fine. She wrote a note of my original speed on my ticket, "in case I wanted to fight it in court".

Cliff Notes

- 9 mph if I pay $116.00 for the ticket.
- 23 mph if I fight it.

I'm defenitely getting a lawyer because I don't want any points at all, but if he fights it will that be an issue or will he get it dismissed easily anyways eithier or?

My wife used Dennis Lopez a month ago for 18 mph over and she paid $175.00 for him and then like $250.00 for court costs after he got it dismissed. Should I use him again or should I go with Tye Trainer? I'm looking to get the cheapest lawyer that will 100% dismiss my ticket and get no points!

^That sucks.. But theirs no 100% Lawyer out there to use. My girl used Dennis Lopez twice last year and he got one dismissed and the second one she had to do the school, pay the ticket, pay the courtfees + pay him.. Is a gamble

I cant afford to be fucked if the lawyer loses, So im just gonna pay mine. you can get an extension though, and then file for a court date at the end of the extension, and it will buy you like 3 months to pay it lol u just gotta pay it before the court date.
