2 out of 4 studs isn't that bad...especially when they were on the same side . I rememeber my reaction to pushing on the rim and seeing it camber in and out from the car. Or my facial expression and laughter when I looked in the side mirror and saw my wheel wobble in and out. I didn't give a fuck, that car was getting home, and I sure as hell wasn't waiting on a tow truck

Tanks aren't the cheapest, the mirrors are fairly expensive to replace due to being integrated with the turn signals, windscreens can be had fairly cheap, but mileage is kind of high. On a basic used bike, expect a new motor at 30k miles. Doesn't seem much, but bikes acquire mileage much quicker than cars and they are addicting to own. I put over 9k miles on my bike in less than 6 months, and that's just cruising around on it. I'd have to check out your neon. Only problem with a 600 is that you'll get bored with it really quick. If you want power, you'll have to keep the bike in its powerband, which is pretty high in the rpms.
