Wow...he was pretty good looking by the end.
And yes, people do have massive amounts of loose skin when losing that much weight, no matter how they do it. Ever watch those plastic surgery before and after shows? Lots of people who lost the weight by diet and exercise..
But damn...400lbs. He must have been pushing 600! That's why there's so much skin.Amanda

This guy didn't do it the easy way... he did it by eating right and working out with weights a couple of times a week... so, he gets props from me.
The surgeries were "after" teh weightloss to get rid of some of that excess skin...
He also got a whole lot of other stuff like free $30,000 veneers for his grille.
Watch the videos... he did it the right way, doesn't matter how the weight is lost, the skin never returns to the pre-obese elasticity..
This is really the most incredible weight lost story I’ve ever heard Nobody is perfect, I am Nobody
Before pic:

The question is how does a person just lose all self esteem in the first place to let their fat grow so much?Last edited by **CHRIS**; 06-21-2007 at 05:29 PM.

you can actually tell by his body structure post obese w/ skin. He has a good amount of muscle mass under it all. If he did lypo he would have done probably 5-6 surgery's. He could of done gastric bypass. But still its a fucking phenonal job. I lost 60pds in the last year, and i feel the affects on my skin, but 400 i dont know.
The end product is by far one of the best ive seen

i give that dude props. i'm lifting weights and running now and i stopped smoking, so i know how tough it must have been for him, especially being twice my size and still doing it.
