OOOORRRRRR if you still want a really close crop, you need to make sure that there's really nothing else in the background (ref: http://bit.ly/q5rgtZ http://bit.ly/qoMp1z). Just a couple simple lines and the picture won't be too overwhelming.

Upload it to Photobucket, from there resize it to about 400 x 200 or whatever you feel looks right but no bigger than 500.
