These photos (aside from the obvious #2) look like they could have been taken with a camera phone or a point n shoot.
Research and learn the basics such as shutter speed, aperture, iso, composition basics, lighting basics and learn how each works with each other and how to use them.
Pop up flash, as 96whiteknight mentioned, definitely makes for bad photos. It is ok if you are trying to kick some extra light somewhere and don't have another option but as your main light source it can even make a photo taken with the most expensive camera look like a point n shoot snapshot.
Once you get the basics down and understand all those aspects we will be better able to answer specific questions.

Are the that bad for being shot with a Nikon d3100? honestly?
ive been looking into the ISO,shuterspeed, and aperture but it seems like another language the way they explain it.
IF theres anything positive bout the shots let me know to please.
thanks for the replys!!!

so you guys never shot in auto mode huh? in any situation?
cause for me to use it in Manual 'M' it takes really long and doesnt come out how id like it to, im guessing that because ISO,aperture, shutterspeed are still really complicated to me?

No No
Auto Mode is for when your going to miss the shot, because your camera is still set up for your last shoot....

^^ Yeah, I'll admit it...
I also us it as a guide for when I can't figure out why I am not remotely close to what I am trying to shoot...

And Auto mode is there for when the wife wants to use the camera that she let "us" buy to get great photos when I am not around...

Don't worry, start playing with it and it'll start coming to you.. You Tube is also a great "How To" tool.
