Good places to buy lenses?

Hey guys. I'm usually never in here, but after talking with a friend at a birthday party and getting all kinds of info about lenses and such, me and my girl want to invest in a new lens for our camera. We have a Sony a300 DSLR. Only have the 18-55 that came with it, and we are thinking about picking up a 55-200 or a 75-300. Only problem is that we are unsure of where to get one. We thought about ebay and overstock, but we figured maybe we can look into other options first. Would someone like to give us some insight as to where to look? Thanks

Nope. I've bought two lenses from Amazon for way market price, and lots times they throw in some extras + no tax and free shipping.

I haven't gotten insurance yet. Haven't had a problem so far *knocks on wood*

Ok cool. Have you guys had any bad experiences with brands other than that of your camera? For example, using a sigma lens on a Sony camera instead of a Sony lens?

yeah If you buy a lens from amazon themselves their customer service is amazing, Ive bought a couple lenses from amazon, actually 3 different ones, tried them out didn't like them and returned them with no problems and they even pay for the shipping back!!!! Just make sure you are not buying it through another store through amazon.
