Shooting a Dodge Charger today, need advice.
A guy from work asked me yesterday if I would take some photos of his car and I told him I would today. I haven't had the chance to shoot a lot of cars so I'm hoping to learn from it. But it would be cool to get some tips/advice to help things go smoothly. Ill have my tripod with me so should I just take two shots each, one for the sky and another for the car and foreground? Or should I take three or four and do an hdr. Other then that whatever info you have that might help please let me know, thanks.

CPL filter would be good but if you don't have maybe late to get one. You planning on using your lights? If so do multiple lighting arrangements and merge em together to get overall even lighting.

No lights today, just multiple shots using the available light then either masking them off in ps or making an hdr, not sure yet.

CPL filter is a must. And blend multiples if you want, sometimes that works if you know what you're doing with masks.

2 points for Brandon
CP Filter ftw! I usually shoot in RAW and then you can go back and adjust a little to get the look you want with the sky and whatnot.. With a cloudy day, you won't be able to get the same sky pattern unless you can adjust settings quick.
Just work with the curves of the body and you'll do fine

Ok were gonna try and do this thing tomorrow haha, but I need a new location. Does anyone know a nice place where I could shoot a white dodge charger in the clearwater area?

Yea that came to mind but I wanted to try and find a place less "used" haha, I probably end up there if I don't find someplace else.
