Any Better?
I know my past shots have sucked but I used some of the things that all of you guys/girls told me. Let me know what you think and if I've improved any.

I like #8 the best. watch your background and make sure you don't have signs, poles, street lights, towers, etc. coming out the top of the car. Keep practicing they will only get better.

do dont think hes talking about how big the pictures are on the screen i think he means that the picture itself is too tall. an example would be number 18. if you look at it the car is only about 1/8th of the picture. and its all the way in the bottom corner where as the sign is close to 5/8ths of the picture and is what your eyes are focusing on

In #18 the point was to see the sign and the car. But I see what you're saying.
I may sound dumb for asking this, but...how do I change the composition? Is that something I have to mess with before I take the shot or can you do it when editing?

Composition isn't something in the camera. It's the whole setting around you, where/how you position your subject, and where/how you position yourself to take the shot, and how you frame the shot in the viewfinder.
