FORUM RULES

All images are protected by intellectual property laws including, but not limited to copyright and may not be reproduced, copied, displayed, nor saved or stored electronically or by any other means. All photos are properties of their respective owners.

1. KEEP SWEARING TO A MINIMUM
Pretty self explanatory. We don't like it, it's not needed and it really doesn't look very good. We want this forum to be as family and work friendly as possible. If you can't make a point without using a swear word, don't make your point.

2. NO INSULTING OTHER USERS
We are all here because of our love for photography.
Some of us have different levels of experience, some have different views. It's okay to have a difference of opinion, but there's no need to get personal over it. Being rude to other members is not acceptable, and may result in your account being banned from this section.

3. ATTITUDE TOWARDS MODERATORS AND ADMINISTRATORS
Disrespectful attitude towards Moderators and Administrators will not be tolerated. It's simple.

4. POSTING
The photo must be your own original work. If not, be sure to specify, and not take credit for someone else's product.
You may not re-post other members' photos without permission.
Photos: max 1000 pixels longest side.

5. PHOTO EDITING
Out of courtesy, It may be wise to first, ask for permission from the photographer to edit his photos.

6. THREAD HIJACKING
Thread hijacking is strongly discouraged.
Thread hijacking is the derailing of a thread's original topic and the development of a new topic within the same thread. While it is true that many topics will naturally go off-topic after a while, please respect attempts to keep a thread on-topic. If the new topic is of sufficient interest, start a new thread instead. Moderators may remove off-topic posts, create a new thread with off-topic posts, or remind offending members to stay on topic.

7. POSTING EXTERNAL WEBSITES
You can advertise your personal photography website/flickr accounts in your signatures, or in posts. Promoting other photography related forums (or any forum that resembles the structure and/or content of TampaRacing.com) in your posts, signatures, or in any way on the forum is not permitted.

8. SOFTWARE PIRACY
We do not condone or permit any kind of software, CD or DVD piracy or trafficking on this Board. (Photoshop/Photomatix...etc.)
