Neither came out good, but the Tungsten seems to be blurry no matter what. I had my camera on the tripod with 2sec delay... so idk

I think it may be the case since I did not manually focus it. Usually I do that since the autofocus points dont pickup what you want.

1.) I didn't change your title, but I know who did.

2.) Changing your white balance doesn't effect focus or exposure, it changes how your camera processes your photo after you take it. Your camera was probably just having a hard time focusing in low light -
