N.C. how we do!

So I'm in NC for 2 weeks at our house up here and nothing happens after the sun goes down, so I figured I would share some of the things I am seeing/doing while I'm here

Yes it's possible to be ballin up here as well

Ok this was crazy, I step into the garage and this is first thing i SEE!!

So I'm taking pictures and my dad comes out and freakin stomps on it! it popped like the nastiest pimple youve ever seen

I was kinda pissed cause you dont see something like that everyday

ill try and update daily lol

It's funny that you saw the black widow and thought "Shit, get the camera!" because any sane person would've said "Shit, step on that thing!"

I will say one thing though... where there's one - there are more. Better watch out...

Looks like a female BW. They live much longer than the males if not stepped on. Were there any small sacks in the web/nest?

thanks for the comments guys! yeah i only get online once or twice a day cause we dont have the internet at our place. That black widow was a good 3 inches in size! and yes i did see little baby spiders running around, which were all put to death by the bottom of my shoe

Now today we didnt do a whole lot just stayed around the house mostly.

Neighbors dog, that i later played fetch with for like 10 mins lol

The famed white squirrels that live in this area, not albino, just white, these were rolling shots so hopefully i can get some set up ones throughout the time I'm here.

I never really do B&W's but this one looked kinda neat

and the boardwalk leading down to the river behind the house

nothing too fantastic yet, hopefully tomorrow will yield some better scenery!

It's only a matter of real-estate-market-time before we move to 2-5 acres in NC. We visited there last year, loved it, and agreed we'd live there. It may take 5 years, but it's the plan.

Even though FL is "home", I'm done with strip malls and swamps as scenery.
