Great pics.
Your pics are all very sharp.
The attached two are my favorite. The one of your gf is great, have you tried using a flash to fill the shadows? Also, on the one with the sign is a bit distorted (10-20 I'm guessing?). Have you tried PTLens to correct any distortion?
Are you using the 55-200 VR or non-VR?
Overall these are great pics. I'm more impressed that your girlfriend let you take so many pics of her, my girlfriend used to be ok with it but lately I fire off a couple and she's done.
Can I wear my banana hammock... or no?

1) Someone else said she kinda looks like mandy moore and she HATES mandy lol
2) 94turbogsr: yes it was the 10-20 on the sign, i have not tried to fix the distortion, i kinda have a thing for them being like that lol. and i have not tried using flash to fill. i dont like how the on camera one turns out, i'll just wait till i get a speed light. the 55-200 is non-VR unfortunatley, i got it from a friend and only paid like 100 for it. i WISH i could afford a VR, that will be my next purchase, something a lot farther than a 200mm.
we worked out a deal this time cause i havnt been wanting to go to the beach and like "lay out" and shit like that like to do, so she said if she drove and would let me take pics if i would go with her and so i said yes lol sometimes shes picky and if she thinks her hair doesnt look right or anything i may only be able to get about 10 pics or so lol
and your girl can wear her's but i wont take pics of you in the banana hammock

Ah, if you like the distortion then try pointing shooting from a lower or higher vantage point. If you're not level with the 10-20 it distorts big time!
As for the 55-200, it's still a pretty good lens considering the price. I'm using a 70-210mm F4-5.6 push/pull and it's probably 20 years old. I've thought about stepping up to the 70-300VR, I think I'd do that rather than bother with the 55-200VR.
As for the fill flash, the on-board flash sucks. I've got an SB600 which works nicely, but it's too bulky for me to use it often. I want an SU-800 so I can fire the thing without it being ontop of my camera...
Anyway, great pics.
