Actually it's a restaurant on the water up in St Augustine called "Santa Maria". Food is mediocre but the entertainment (i.e. da fishes) is great! There are little "trap doors" you can open and feed the fish right from your table.

You'd be surprised at what catfish will eat. Eh make that not eat, it would be a much shorter list: nothing. Lol. Those suckers eat anything you throw down to 'em. So much so my wife won't eat catfish anymore after seeing that!

^^ The photo looks flat, maybe oversharpened? The sunlight might have been odd and not working in your favor for contrast too.
