Where to snap shots on a beach and in a nicely lit parking garage...

I need to get my car on the sand and near the water and snap some shots? Also looking for a lit parking garage that has a couple floors separated my thick wire and not to crowded.

I am new to the area, can anyone please point me in the right direction?

I dont know of many beaches or of any at all really that you can drive on too that are sceneic.

for the parking garage you can go to USF by the parking and transportation services building and have the USF water tower lit up in the background at nice really nice.

i would show you pics, but i absolutly suck at taking photos, and they came out like shit.
