FS: Canon 70-200mm f/4 L

Pros:
-Very sharp, even at f/4
-Lens body condition is 9.5/10
-Hood condition is 9/10
-No scratches on glass
-Extremely fast USM auto focus
-Perfect for sports or wildlife photography
-Comes with original box, carrying case (never used), paperwork, and front and rear caps
-Price


Cons:
-Has trouble focusing on subjects closer than 7-8 feet (the focus ring "slips") (7-8 feet is very close for this focal length)
-Some small dust particles behind front glass (but does not show in pictures)

so what do you mean it has trouble? as in it wont focus at all at less than 7ft? What sucks is that it would cost ~$200+ to have canon fix it

You rarely ever need to be any closer than 15 feet with this focal length. I think the buyer will know this and realize the good deal he/she is getting. Still works 100% for wildlife or sporting events where you're not so close to the subjects.

not knockin the price, just wanted to know more about the problem. 7-8ft is definitely not a problem as you said lol.

When rotating the focus ring manually from infinity, the internal focusing mechanism stops rotating when you hit 7-8 feet. It eventually reaches minimum focusing distance, but you have to keep rotating it quite a bit. If you're interested, we can meet up and I can show you (without pressure to buy ).
