single stage?
I know single stage is a old school way of painting and poorer quality. but is there a single stage thats a good quality that wont fade a way like in a year? something that can hold up prety well? and what are the diffrence between enamel and urethane single stage which 1 is better

Single stage urethane only. I work part time at a decent shop that will still single stage black and white jobs--in PPG only $$$.
This is a car I did in single stage. Its gun finished--not even sanded/buffed!!!

wow that looks great. I think i am gonna use that on my 92 daily driven acura. Whats the product line name of that ppg single stage? and about how much does it run for?

I use U-TECH not PPG because I have a friend who sells it. Gallon of black is at least $200 now. PPG is going to be a bit more I belive

What would be the diffrence inprice between a gallon of urethane single stage and a gallon of black base?

You need to do some research. A gallon of base makes 2 gallons of spray-able paint but then you still need clear.

ive ordered like $3000 in stuff from these guys, im painting my 4th car rgt now, they have great quality, and cheap prices.. get the acrylic/urathane mix simply cause they dont make urathane only single stage... p.m. me if u have any questions

ok yea the reason i said a gallon is because im gonna do a complte job with door jams and all

AWL GRIP...... its made by dupont and usen on marine applications it is rock hard paint and its super hard to scratch

ok so wouldnt it be the same a gallon of single stage to a gallon of base because dont you have the reduce the single stage anyways?
