Restoring carbon fiber hood (HELP)

i got a carbonfiber hood that needs tons of TLC!
can anyone give me some tips on how to restore the hood?
heres some pics of the hood.

Cracks in the clear might smooth out but that corner is wasted. Can be repaired but it wont look smooth or line up same as the pattern. Repair and paint body color.
