Need rust repiar at my house...

Okay im preparing to pick up a 280z and it has some rust around the front windshield luckly the window is already out.Here is a pic of the spot i know the fender is shot im just going to replace that but the windshield is concerning me the previous owner spray painted tht area so in the pic it looks alot bigger then what it really is

please pm me i dont really check this forum due to the fact its usually dead

A lot of us do it but its not mobile work. Thats not how it works.

and noone likes rust repairs they appear smaller until you get into the substrate

i know thats what i figured would happen but i dont wanna replace the windshield and have it be in the way of the repair and i cant drive the car very far without one haha and i dont own a trailer can anyone give me ruff estimates on maybe what it cost??
