Want roof rack removed

I have a 1993 Ford Escort LX Station Wagon

Im just wondering how much would it cost to remove the rack and bondo/shave. it

i will get it repainted later

any help?

depends on how many holes, and how bigand do you need it repainted? as well or in primer?
